Cibubur Junction opened in the mid of 2005 as the first retail centre in Cibubur that targets the middle to middle-upper households of the surrounding area. The Centre is a sub-regional shopping centre of approximately 49,341 sqm Gross Lease Area. Located in the east of Jakarta, the Centre is also surrounded by middle to middle upper residential estates such as Raffles Hill, Mahogany, Citra Grand, Cibubur Residence, Cibubur Indah, Kota Wisata, Legenda Wisata and ,many more.The Centre has five retail levels comprising of Hypermart grocery store, Matahari Department Store and more than 250 stores. The Centre has one level of undercover parking and travelator access to both retail and car park levels. The Centre has 611 car spaces and access to the Centre can be gained from one major roads; Jambore Road and the only way to get to the highway (toll road) is to pass by the Centre. Centre facilities include Ladies parking space, ATM centres, and First Aid facilities. The Centre itself is located on Jalan Raya Jambore, CibuburSubdistrict, Ciracas District, and East Jakarta. It is an approximately 10-m width road that connects Jalan Trans Yogie (known as new Cibubur) and Jalan Radar AURI (known as old Cibubur).
